                                <li>1/2 cup Guinness or other stout</li>
                                            <li>1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar</li>
                                            <li>1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder</li>
                                            <li>1 1/2 tsp espresso powder</li>
                                            <li>1 tsp  vanilla extract</li>
                                            <li> Salt, to taste</li>
                                            <li>2 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa), chopped</li>
                                            <li>2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt</li>
                                            <li>1 cup raspberries</li>
                            </ul>

    <h2 class="block-title"><span>Directions</span></h2>

                            <li>In a small saucepan, whisk together beer, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.</li>
                                    <li>Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until completely melted. (If allowed to cool, warm for about 30 seconds in the microwave to remelt).</li>
                                    <li>Place yogurt in 4 serving bowls and top with chocolate sauce and raspberries.</li>
